Relight The Passion

Using a photograph on my iphone of a Butterfly I photographed in Gran Canaria, this was my initial test painting, using the styles and methods I had researched.  The end photograph of the painting has not been taken in the best light and will need to be scanned (once I have bought a scanner)

After a couple of paintings, I seemed to be happy with the results of using the splatter and run method and picking out detail using an ink pen.  This painting was given to my friend who enjoys fishing for her birthday.  As a rule I dont get rid of the originals, but I know where this is kept and enjoyed by many 🙂
